SHIPPING and POSTAGE Miss M by Minx Bronzing & Cosmetics offers a flat rate of up to $15.00 AUD for standard shipping and $29.80AUD for express shipping Australia wide, however large bulky items cannot be shipped express. Shipping is free for all orders over $400 Australia wide. All orders are processed and shipped on business days only Monday to Friday excluding public holidays. We aim to have all orders that are received by 1pm AEDST dispatched the same day in most cases. Dependant on your area, you can expext to receive your order within 1-5 business days. Some regional and remote locations may take longer and me be subject to on-forwarders at the discretion of the Courier Company.
SIGNING and DELIVERIES For your protection, all shipments require a signature upon delivery. WE DO NOT DELIVER TO A P.O.BOX VIA COURIER. We suggest to deliver to a home or business address whereby someone will be available to sign for the delivery. If in the event of redelivery, the associated cost will be born by the customer, this includes whereby the delivery address is unattended at time of delivery resulting in redirection.

DAMAGED DELIVERIES We make every effort to ensure your delivery arrives on time and intact, however some matters are beyond our control. If you feel your goods have been damaged in transit, we ask you to take a photo within 24 hours of receipt of the goods and e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org along with your details and we will assess it on an individual basis.
INCORRECT ORDER If the item received by the customer is not the product to which the customer has ordered, or to which is stated and paid for under agreement between the parties on the stated invoice, these products may be returned in its original condition as received, however, any use of the agreed incorrect item shall be deemed as acceptance by the customer.If you do happen to receive incorrect goods, please contact 1300 562 993 or e-mail Customer Service at email@example.com and you will not be charged for redelivery if it is agreed that Minx Bronzing and Cosmetics is the party at fault. All products to be returned must satisfy the following criteria; The same/actual product to which was received by the customer that under agreement by the parties is the incorrect product to which was ordered, Not a substituted product i.e old stock, stock belonging to another similar or same type product. Any returns that do not satisfy the above mentioned criteria will see the customer charged the full purchase price of the product (either wholesale or retail as per original purchase type) as well as all associated freight costs. If the item received by the customer is not the item to which the customer now wants (excluding incorrect orders as agreed by the parties) those products shall be deemed accepted and remain the property of the customer. Minx Bronzing and Cosmetics will not accept any return of these items under any circumstances other than those agreed and stated under the incorrect order statement.
RETURNS Under our Returns Policy you may be entitled to have the product repaired or replaced if the product fails to be of an acceptable quality to that which is available for purchase. If you believe that there is a fault with your purchased product, please contact us on 1300 562 993 or e-mail Customer Service at firstname.lastname@example.org.Please provide details in relation to the problem. The product will be inspected by our team and if it is identified that the product is deemed faulty by manufacturing, the product will be replaced free of any freight and re-stocking fees. If the product is assessed to be free of any manufacturing fault, the product will be sent back to you in the condition to which it was received and you will be charged associated freight costs. Any goods that are to be returned are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse. Please ensure that all returns are packaged correctly so as to prevent damage to the goods. We are not responsible for any goods received in error. It is recommended that you use a postal service that insures you for the value of the goods you are returning.
