FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Do you deliver to P.O.Boxes? Unfortunately due to courier requirements we are unable to deliver to P.O.Boxes as the majority of orders require a signature upon receipt.
Is my order on its way to me? You will be emailed through a confirmation once your order has been packed and dispatched. The e-mail will advise of the freight company used and all associated tracking information.
Do I have to pay Customs Charges? For orders shipping internationally (NZ, UK, USA) all custom/or import duties are charged once the order reaches its destination, and must be paid by the recipient of the order. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.
Can I amend my order? All orders can be amended so long as they have not been packed and shipped. If they have, an additional order will need to be placed. Please contact our friendly team at email@example.com or phone us on 1300 562 993 to see what we can do.
Can I cancel my order? Orders can be cancelled within 1 (one) hour of the order being placed. When you place an order with Minx Bronzing and Cosmetics, the funds are reserved for us-we don't actually take the money until you order has been confirmed and sent to our warehouse. If you cancel your order, we don't take the money, however it may take up to 10 (ten) days for your bank or card issuer to make the funds available to you again.
What can I do if something is wrong with my order? Any incorrect, missing or damaged items received must be reported to Minx Bronzing and Cosmetics within 24 (twenty four) hours of receiving the delivery, by e-mail only to firstname.lastname@example.org. if item(s) received is not what was ordered, please do not open the sealed package in which it was sent. Any attempt to use the incorrect item will be deemed to be acceptance by you of that item(s) as a satisfactory substitute for the one that was ordered and no further claim can be raised thereafter. If you received the order incorrectly, the property (goods, items, products) remain the absolute property of the seller with full legal and equitable ownership until such time as the purchaser accepts the goods as mentioned above. You will not be charged for re-delivery of items under this clause.
Do I need to create an Account to shop with you? Our website is a Trade Only website for Salon Professionals. You will need to register and supply you ABN to be given access to pricing.
